Dr. Carol Lee (she/her/hers) is an applied clinical behavior & intervention scientist with expertise in how people thrive, change, and engage during challenging circumstances. Dr. Lee serves as a clinical science advisor for Bravely Mental Health and is a research fellow at IBHRI. Prior to this, she was an Assistant Professor of Psychology and Counseling at Nevada State University and the principal research scientist in the Developer Success Lab at Pluralsight.

Research

Dr. Lee’s research primarily focuses on measuring and eliciting change in a targeted and science-driven way.​ As an established scientist across the health, education, and technology sectors, she is known not only for her scientific rigor but also for her ability to define and innovate on scientific methodology and practice in applied research settings, as well as her ability to communicate science to broad audiences. Dr. Lee also has a secondary program of research focused on increasing the accessibility and dissemination of evidence-based strategies for managing stress and anxiety through mobile apps, online interventions, and single-session workshops.
