PARTNER WITH US

Powerful partnerships can drive innovation and growth. We can provide small businesses with a platform to test new ideas and receive feedback from experts in the field.

Impact

Research institutes and small businesses can jointly develop cutting-edge products and services and drive progress in the behavioral health field.

Objective

The objective nature of data-driven research and analysis stems from using empirical data, transparent and replicable methods, and a focus on quantitative approaches.

Synergy

Partnerships can produce a combined effect greater than their individual effects. Together, we can combine our strengths and resources to achieve solutions in behavioral health.

Why IBHRI?

We have a multidisciplinary team of experts located across the globe. Our network continues to grow, and we actively seek out the best researchers in the field. Our internship program admits approximately three graduate or postdoctoral interns each year. Our mission is to improve health equity and well-being in our communities, focusing on behavioral health. Together, we can meet the demand for innovative approaches to delivering behavioral health services and utilizing health technology.

Importance of Collaboration with Industry

IBHRI, its leadership, and researchers have a long history of supporting collaboration with small businesses, other non-profits, and universities or colleges. Maintaining these relationships is essential to IBHRI’s mission. We also recognize that conflicts of interest, and the appearance of a conflict of interest, may arise from these interactions. These conflicts create a risk that integrity, autonomy, leadership, and professional judgment are compromised. However, in most cases, these risks are manageable, and the relationships are encouraged and allowed because of their importance to advancing behavioral health and IBHRI’s mission.

To ensure that our partnerships are reviewed consistently with these values, IBHRI has adopted its Research Affiliate Code of Conduct and an IBHRI Policy for Interactions with Industry and Other External Entities. Enforcement of these policies is critical to protect any intellectual or proprietary information and ensure that our research affiliates are not working with multiple industry partners who may have competing interests.

Services to Our Industry Partners

IBHRI can also support our partners with analysts, survey or research protocol development, focus groups, small business grants development, or other research-support services.
