Roghieh Nooripour, MS, PhD


Roghieh Nooripour, Ph.D. earned her master's degree in counseling psychology and her doctoral degree at at Alzahara University, one of the leading universities in Iran. Currently, Dr. Nooripour is providing clinical services and conducting research in family psychology. In 2018, she was elected as distinguished research student at Alzahra University. Dr. Nooripour has been a member of Iran's National Elites Foundation since 2012 and is a lifetime member of the Iranian Psychological Association and member of the Iranian Association of Social Psychology. Dr. Nooripour is an affiliate research scientist at IBHRI.


Dr. Nooripour is dedicated to research on quality of life interventions, evidence-based treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and child and family health and well-being. She has published research on the subjects of high risk behaviors, drug use and abuse in adolescents, and has written books in Farsi on Anger Management.
